Dispute Resolution Policy
Problems can stem anytime and it becomes essential to resolve them at the earliest. The purpose of this policy is to provide a quick, efficacious and consistently applied method for mitigating any dispute that arises between the customer and SYSVOOT.
In case of any dispute, the concerned party is requested to write about the dispute via email. Upon receipt of the formal complaint, the concerned party may look into the matter. Within approximately five working days after the discussion, SYSVOOT should issue a decision in writing to the customer filing the complaint.
SYSVOOT reserves the right to issue a resolution based on whatever it deems right. The decision of SYSVOOT shall be held final and under no circumstance shall SYSVOOT be held responsible.
